uT83NC128

ROM-less 8-Bit SmartCard MCU with 128KB EEPROM and 2048-bit MAP Processor

uT83NC128 is a contact mode smart card MCU,which complies with ISO7816 standard. It is targetting for very high security applications such as Identity Card, E-commerce and Document Digital
Signature. With the built-in crypto co-processor or modular arithmetic processor (MAP) can speed up cryptographic calculation with up to 2048 bits modulo exponetiation (AB mod N) and other similar calculations. mT83NC128 is ideal for applications
require public key encryptions such as RSA.

uT83NC128 features a high performance 8052 CPU which is typically three times faster than standard 8051 CPU. The 128K-byte hybride
Non-Volatile-Memory (NVM) which consists of 64KB FLASH and 64KB EEPROM. Program code and data can be located in either FLASH or EEPROM for flexibility.
